Introduction

Our self catering cottage is next door & adjoining our own cottage where we live. It is however completely seperate to our own with it's own front & back doors

Pre-Arrival

• We have a basic website

• Bookings & enquiries can be made via email or phone

• The nearest bus stop is a quarter of a mile away from the cottage

• The nearest train station is at Penrith & is 10 miles away you can travel by bus or taxi

• The nearest town is Keswick & is 7 & half miles away you can travel by bus or taxi

• There is a small shop at the camp site next door but one however extensive shops & supermarkets at both Keswick & Penrith

• We can arrange for shopping to be delivered for your arrival

Arrival & Car Parking Facilities

• The cottage has it,s own car park for 2 vehicles at the front of the cottage

• The car park is level but made up of chippings

• There are no steps into the cottage just a small lip of 6 cms

• The door is 80cms wide 197 cms high the lock is 108 cms high

• The cottage has a large name plaque on the wall

• There is a light over the door

• The front door is 80cms wide 197cms high & the lock is 108cms high

• The hallway is 89cms & 130 in length

• The doorway to the bathroom is on the left & the kitchen is to the right.

• The stairs are in front to the 2 bedrooms

• There are 11 stairs which are 84cms wide & 223 in length

• The hallway & stairs decor is in contrasting colours, door & skirting board & stairway green walls cream.

• The carpet throughtout the cottage is short pile & is light brown in colour

• The Smoke alrms are radio linked & are situated one on the ground floor, kitchen & one on the upper hall way landing together with an emergency light.

• There are 2 fire extinguishers one next to the kitchen & one on the upper hallway landing

• Please note - Back door from porch into garden, head clearance 166cms
